One computer cannot connect

We have a small office network - some wireless, some hardwired through a
Linksys router and also a big canon printer/scanner on the network as well.
One computer had a major system crash and a full restore was required - now
this computer cannot connect to the printer (except through another computer)
and when we recently installed a Linksys network storage device - all the
other computers see the new device and their storage area - this problem
computer does not see the network drive in My Network Places - only the icon
for a PNP device which is it cannot access. Not sure where to start so any
suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Kathie,

One of the most common causes of this problem would be a misconfigured or
overlooked personal firewall. There are other possibilities too. Read this
article with an open mind.

If no help yet, provide "browstat status" and "ipconfig /all" from the problem
computer, and from two properly working computers, so we can diagnose the
