On Format Function Error

I'm creating a report and got the following Error: The expression On Format
you entered as the event property setting produced the following error: The
function you endtered can't be used in this expression.

It might be related to an expression I tried to build in a footer by using
a text box. I realized I was doing this wrong and deleted it. I don't see any
other errors.

What does this mean and how do I fix it?

Can't help debug code we can't see. You need to post the code. tell us what
the error number is, and identify on which line of code the error occurred.

Your question is like "Doctor, I have some pain. What should I do?"

I found it! I highlighted the footer I put the expression on and pulled up
code and found the error and deleted it. It works now. Thanks for your help.
