OLM Registery

When I try to install the Sailors of the Sky program. I get the following
error message: C:\Windows\system32\stdole2.tlb
Unable to register type library: RegisterTypeLib failed: code
0x8002801C
Ekrror accessiing OLE registery.
Anyone with any ideas? Thanks in advance.
