ole32.dll message keeps popping up

The title of the message is "ose.exe - Entery Point Not
Found." Then in the text of the message its says "the
procedure entery "a5....could not be located in the
dunamic link library OLE32.dll." This only happens when
I start my system up. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks,

Matt,
You will need to insert your Microsoft Office 2003 CD and do a repair
install. This should reinstall your Office Source Engine (Ose.exe). For more
