This older version which has a clean/delete capability is available

It's very convenient since it's set to extract files to c:\kaspersky
by default. You then Run the MWAVSCAN.COM on-demand av program. Like
Antidote/SuperLite, the KAV scan engine is used. But MWAVSCAN has
several additional features. It's a 10 meg d/l compared to 6 meg for
Antidote. It contains defs updater KAVUPD.EXE

That's what the updater does In fact, if you want to use that
updater, extract the files to c:\Bases instead of c:\kaspersky
MWAVSCAN.COM uses the defs in the folder it's in.
