Old Question that has not yet gotten an answer !

in outlook 2003, how does one apply the same font style to all the folders ?

currently, i have been changing the font of a folder by going through "view"
-> "arrange by" -> "custom" -> 'automated formatting" for every folder
individually. this is a real pain, if there are larger number of folders,
but requiring the same font style.

is there a method that i can use to apply to ALL the folders in one go ?

thanks for all your help.

thanks for the quick response.

Diane, Yes, I did happen to see the tips that you had created in 2004, post
my question here. i have subscribed to the outlook-tips newsletter and that
is a big relief.

thanks once again.

It's actually answered quite frequently and asked often enough that I
created a page with instructions in 2004 - See
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/grouping.htm for the method to use to make
changes to all folders that use the same view.
