OL2003 - Font Size in Titles

Just installed OL 2003. Due to a lack of screen space I
want to change the font size in the titles - Folder List
and Inbox - to something smaller so that they waste less
screen space. How do I do this? Right click does nothing
and help is no help at all.

This is a Windows setting which has effect on all the fonts in Windows.
Control Panel-> Dislplay Properties-> tab Settings-> button Advanced-> tab

No, this doesn't work. Fonts are already set to small and
75% is too small. This title bar resides between the
toolbar and the 'from/subject/received' headers in the
mail listing. By the appearance of it, it looks like
these title bars were dropped out of Win95...
