OL2000 - Reply /Send doesn't send message out

When I reply to a message and click on SEND, the message
doesn't get send immediately, I have to click on
SEND/RECEIVE button to actually get the message to be
sent.
Isn't there a setting to "Send Immediately" in OL2000?
If so, can anyone help pointing me in the right direction?

I found my own problem. It was the way I had Outlook set
up originally. I had it as the Workgroup versus having
it as Internet E-Mail. After changing it to IE-mail then
this prompt came up.
