OL2000 Calendar problem

I have OL2000 setup as standalone, no exchange account. the problem is I
deleted a reminder and it still keeps alerting me even though the reminder
has been deleted? It says "Cannot turn off reminder. You may be reminded
again. The message you specified cannot be found"

Try starting Outlook once with the /CleanReminders switch. If you need help
using Outlook command line switches, look here:
