OL 2007 .pst Recovery

I'm recovering from what seems like the 100th Vista OS crash. For the life of
me I can't remember the process for setting up my old OL 2007 profiles using
the .pst files currently found in Windows.old. Any guidance will be
appreciated. Thanks!
