OL 2007 Message headers instead of full download

I am running Outlook 2007 in a Vista environment. All of a sudden it is only
showing a message preview in the viewing pane instead of downloading the full
message. I have checked the various options and can't find a way to cause OL
2007 to always fully download the message. Does anybody have a way to make
this happen? Thanks.

What type of email account? Did you check the send and receive settings -
press Ctrl+alt+S to open the dialog then click edit.
