This is an open post for Ian ...

that means you are ALL welcome to help. :D

I've just set-up an account with AlwaysWebHosting ... had a little problem that was extremely quickly sorted out by "Ronnie" ...

However, now I'm stuck never had control at "the other end" before ... how do I FTP to it?

Do I just use "cuteFTP" or whatever in the normal fashion?

That is hurdle #1 ... more to come.

Look out for ...

Hi Mucks :)

Yep, you just use cuteFTP as usual to FTP into your site (using the information you got in your welcome mail), and then upload all of your files to the www/html directory and this is your "main" directory that your domain will point to

You should have a url for a control panel serverx.alwayswebhosting.com (where x is your server number) and this gives you more control over things like e-mail accounts (one for youself (ladymuck too ;)) and however many others you want to create)

Hope thats of some help :D
