OK I have the theme in place but...

I am using the artsy theme on my pages and I want to use the artsy
buttons...where do I get them from...I thought it would be under
insert/component/hover button but thats not it. I really appreciate your
help.

You have to build your navigation structure under Navigation View, then the
button will appear.
