ogm files!

hello,
why does my windows explorer crash and give me an error message everytime i view a fodler that has anything with ".ogm" as a file extension
and how come my video players, -=RealOne, Windows Media Player, DivX, CoreMedia=- all crash when trying to play .ogm files?
