Offline mode in Outlook

My outlook is stuck in offline mode. How do I get it back to online. I am
connected to a LAN server. I am recieveing or sending e-mail but not
automaticly like I have it set up to do. How do I get it back to online mode?

Finally figured out what "untick" was Thanks

Deselect; if you look at File-> Work Offline there is a "V" in front of it
to indicate that it is selected or "ticked"
