I have created a problem on my laptop running Microsoft
Windows XP Professional Version: 5.1.2600 Service Pack:
1.0

The following errors occur eact time is syncronise my
laptop on my corporate network. The fault occured when I
ran a script that tried to write to the offline folder
and contained invalid characters for a folder name. What
I do not understand is how the folders were created and
how I can get rid of them. I have tried turning off the
offline folder and then recreating them, but as soon as I
create syncronisation with \\qhmysv17\apps the error
comes back.

The Syncronisation Complete window contains the following
errors in the results window:
Offline Files (\\qhmysv17\apps on qhmysv17): Error
accessing 'QHMYSV17' on \\qhmysv17
\apps\MS_Service_Packs\E:\MS_Service_Packs\ . The
