Offline Files appear to Sync, but then when pulled off Network GON

This user has been using offline files for quite some time without any
issues. His My Documents folder is routed to a network chair (he is the
chairman here, so VERY important, and always on the move). Anyway, I
re-synced his files (8 gb) yesterday and it took hours...seemingly working
with progress bar and filenames, et cetera. The moment I took it off of the
network, 90% of his files were unavailable.

PLEASE HELP ME!

Actually I ended up figuring it out on my own. I turned off Offline Files,
cleared the cache in CSC directory (windows...hidden folder or system folder,
I forget). Anyway, turned offline files back on and all is well.

I came to the conclusion that this person was trying to sync over EXTREMELY
slow connections and could never fully sync. So I believe that the pointers
got jumbled, as all of his data was in the CSC folder (weird file names)
taking up space, but when trying to work offline, could not find the files.

Just FYI for anyone else that sees this problem.
