Offline address book.

we have Exchange 2k3.

in the global address book, i see Joe's address. My collegue doesn't. So i
have him go to Tools; Send & receive; download address book. I select full
details, and click OK.

after trying a couple times, Joe's address still doesn't appear.

where is the offline global address book downloaded on the PC, so i can go
delete this file manually and redownload the whole address book itself.

need help.

Have you restarted Outlook and waited for about 5 minutes (after the
restart), the OAB is located in the user profile under Documents and
Settings, you may have to turn on show hidden files and folders.

i did try this.

now i deleted everything is the Documents & Settings\username\local
settings\application data\microsoft\outlook.

i restarted outlook. i'll post later on today to see if this solved it.

You should have 6 oab files for a Full Detail address book or 5 for a No
Detail Address Book

i did delete all 6 files and redownloaded the entire address book.

still nothing.

what would be next?
