Office Outlook Inbox problem

Office Outlook 2003 - In the Favourite Folders column the inbox says it has
(16) unread messages, in the Inbox right hand side there is only one 1 unread
message, where have they gone ?

Hi,

Select Inbox folder and click on View> Arrange By> Current View and make
sure it is selected to 'Show all Messages'.

If that doesnt work, try renaming the file views.dat and restart the machine
and check for the issue.
