Office Online need to have integration with MSN Passport to

be able to create and edit Word documents completely online (like Writely now
owned by Google), It should be possible for a Word document received in
hotmail as attachment, to be edited in office online and emailed back as
attachment..

I think Microsoft would love to do this and do away with Word as a user
application so they can charge you every time you edit or create a document.
