Office move user down grade

I have a user moving to another office using Exchange 5.5

Since this office is on Exchange 2000. Are there any issues and how can I
migrate his calendar. I planned to Offline his files to a PST
folder, but I am unsure of what will happen to his calendar.

Any thoughts appreciated.

Thanks.

Exchange 5.5 and 2000 don't have anything to do with Outlook files and
..psts. The .pst will work fine with Outlook in the new office. Just export
his entire mailbox to a .pst file, burn it to a CD, have him/her give it to
the new admin, have them copy it to a hard drive, remove the read-only
property from the file, and then use File->Open to open the new .pst file in
Outlook.
