Office document imaging steals file extensions :-(

How do I make MS program STAY OFF my image file extensions.
Office Document imaging has now stole ALL my "Edit" choices.
And my old PSP has no function for setting them back :-(

ARRRGGHHH.... Why can't MS leave thing alone until asked?

You could try uninstalling PSP and reinstalling in the hope that the install
process will re-associate the file types with the program. The problem may
resurface if MS Office Document Imaging is run and automatically sets the
associations back without prompting, I don't know if that will happen.
