Since sp4 doesn't apply to Windows with Vista in use,
it can only apply to a few Office versions.
These full packages can be ruled out
Office 97 max is sp2
Office 2000 max is sp3
Office 2002(xp) max is sp3
Office 2003 max is sp2

What's left is the SP4 update localized to Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager(BCM) Update and Small Business Accounting(SBA) 2006. Released March 27 2007.
Note:
The update fixes compatibility issues with Vista for OL03 w/BCM Update
The update fixes compatibility issues with OL03 BCM Update and Office Accounting Pro(OAP) 2007

The SP4 update for SBA2006 does not make it compatible with Vista though the update can be applied to SBA2006 if not running Vista.

Only Office Accounting Pro(OAP) 2007 is compatible with Vista.

: Which version of Office, 97, 2000, 2002, etc.?
: Older versions have problems with Vista, see
