Office 2007-Source formating lost when emailing from excel

When emails are sent from Excel using outlook the source formating does not
transfer through to the email when the excel sheet is sent in the message
body. Columns become oversized and flow off the page.

We did not have this problem with office 2003. We could email excel sheets
with outlook and the formating was exactly like it is in excel. I have made
sure the settings are all set to keep the source formating but it does not. A
copy & paste from excel to outlook 2007 also loses its formating.

Any solutions?

in borders set the gridelines to print for a full page. Make the first 6
columns 3 pixles and the remaining 6 pixels then send a full page to email.
Open the email & do a print preview. On my machine the columns and rows have
grown in size to where I only see about 4 columns out of the 20 I sent

Let me know what you see. If you see what I see then you can see what is
happening to my nicely format emails. I am not sure why they are not
distorterd in 2003 but are in 2007

After looking at the file

Problem: Merged cells

Seems 2007 have more problems then 2003
As always not use merged cells in your worksheet
