office 2007 running in vista cryptic error in "problem reports and solutions"

Sometimes I get a cryptic error in the "Problem reports and solutions" tool
in windows vista.
I am at a loss at what it means and I wondered if anyone knows what it
means.

In event viewer I get this

The description for Event ID 5000 from source Microsoft Office 12 cannot be
found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your
local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair
the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to
be saved with the event.

the message resource is present but the message is not found in the
string/message table

I found something in my startup code labeled Office Shipping Assistant or
something like that...I just removed it from the startup and don't have any
problems with it now <g>.

Thanks Cal, I thought it was a startup code in Office?
What a fool I feel. :-/
Well I had a look in msconfig and there was nothing in there to do with
office in there.

Go to microsoft.com, search for "autoruns". It's a great utility that will
show you what starts up with your PC, and lets you uncheck any you don't
want.

MSConfig doesn't show you all of it. Microsoft's Autoruns utility does a
much better job - it's by the guy from SysInternals.

I used the application and I could not find anything resembling the said
file, "Office Shipping Assistant"?
