Office 2007 outlook express spellchecks checks only in French?

Just installed Office 2007 at work and home - only spell checks in French on
Outlook Express. Cannot change - do not have option to do so. Other software
purchased for additional office worker also same problem. Can't get a
res[ponse from Microsoft.

<sigh> - looks like this one is going to expand to the proportions of
"Outlook express denies access to attachment"...........
You have two options. Either install the proofing tools from Office 2003 if
you have a copy to hand, or install a third-party OE spell check....you can
find them on Google....
