Office 2007: Link Items

In Office 2003, one item could be linked to another in the forms:

<outlook:Tasks/~Subject Name>
<outlook:Contacts/~Contact Name>

How can this be done in Office 2007? If so, what are the rules or (even
better) are there instructions online?

Tools->options->contact options->show contact linking on all forms.

Thanks, Milly, but my question is how to link (for example) a Contact to a
Task (rather than a Task to a Contact). In Outlook 2003, any Contact item
could be linked to another by the text form <outlook:Tasks/~Example of ToDo
Item>. This does not work in Outlook 2007 -- although these Outlook 2003
links that were imported to Outlook 2007 do work!!

Typo correction: it should be "my question is how to link (for example) a
Task to a Contact (rather than a Contact to a Task)." IOW when I open a
Contact, I want to insert into the Note field a link to a Task which concerns
that Contact.
