Office 2007 Installation Problem

When I try to install Microsoft Office 2007 Enterprise Edition on my PC
everything is OK till I get a pop-up window
which states the following "Setup cannot find
Proofing.en-us\Proof.fr\Proof.cab.Please select valid installation source
and click OK."Proof.cab file is neither corrupted nor unreadable but still I
get this message.I'm using Windows XP SP2.Any help is highly appreciated.
