Since I have Office 2003 installed on XP will I be able to use it in my Vista
install without installing it in Vista. If I have to inbstall again in Vista
will there be a Licence problem seeing that it is on the same system? I get
this message when I try to run Word or Excel.

"The operating system is not presently configured to run this application."

You have to install it in Vista, but it won't count as a new installation
because it's the same hardware.

It is a bug in the web-based newsreader. Try the newsreader in Windows Mail
in Vista or OE in XP.

You can download the Office 2003 Trial version or the Office 2007 beta
edition for use in Vista.

You will have a licensing issue with your retail copy of Office. The
license does allow you to install Office on your desktop and on a laptop (so
long as both are not in use at the same time), but rather than go through
reactivation chores everytime a new build of Vista comes out, just use the
trial or the beta.
