Offer Remote Assistance User Prompts

We have a large organization, and many times the end user is not at their
desk when the help desk responds to a trouble ticket. Or the machine needs to
be rebooted during the troubleshooting process. It would be great if when
Offering remote assistance it allowed the help desk to directly connect to
the PC with out having the user there?

Is this possible?

That would be an operating system issue.

This newsgroup if for questions about Microsoft Access.

Assuming you are using Windows XP, (you never said,) you might try asking
your question in one of the 27 Windows XP groups that all start with
microsoft.public.windowsxp.

Good luck.
