% of column on SUBTOTALS in a pivot table

I know how to use the % to column feature from the Pivot table options, but I
also need to show a percentage of each subtotal. This needs to go in the
Pivot table, as the data gets refreshed all the time. I can do a formula
outside of the Pivot table, but need it to be as part ot the Pivot.

I really would appreciate help

It still shows it as a percentage of the grand total at the bottom.
black jacket 4359 1.33%
Jean 13941 4.25%
Pants 24735 7.54%
shirt 11682 3.56%
Shorts 4154 1.27%
skirt 3485 1.06%
Tops 15252 4.65%
black Total 77608 23.67%

I would like the percentages to show jacket as a percentage of the BLACK total
