OE vs Hotmail Online,which is safe ????? help me

last week i think i got a virus , called p.exe from OE , well i am not sure
, but that the only thing i did , before i get that , i was just d/l my
headers , of new email at hotmail through out look , i dont know what i did
wrong , should i quit using OE and stick to that slow hotmail thing , pls
help me.... i cant live without OE !!!

Outlook Express 6 with Service Pack 1 is safe to use. No virusses can be
executed automatically. It also impossible to click on files that are
directly executable unless your manually disable this security feature AND
double click on an executable.
