At work we have Outlook/OE 2000 Internet only
installation. We have an on site server. We use Outlook
Express for email and Outlook for its other uses. I
periodically need to access another employee's OE email
account in order to sort and re-route the email. I do this
by first closing my OE session and then by opening OE
using the other employee's ID and password on my
workstation.
The problem is, this displays the other employee's email
mixed in with all the email still in my Inbox. It also
displays my local folders as if they were the other
employee's. I use many local folders to minimize the
number of emails in my Inbox but this intermingling is a
nuisance. Sometimes I have to deal with this for a month
at a time.
Then, when I open my OE account again, the other
employee's emails are still intermingled with mine. I'm
afraid to delete them even from my accout. I end up
storing them in local folders created for them which I
then email to the employee when they return.
Is there some way to keep these incoming email files
seperate? I would be greatly appreciative to anyone who
could help out with this one.
