OE message rules

Is there any way to get Outlook Express 6 mail rules to work with HTTP mail
servers (ie hotmail)? For example, is there anyway to get OE to automatically move
the contents of my Hotmail inbox over to my local OE inbox aside from me manually
dragging and dropping each time?

No, OE Message Rules are only applied to POP3 mail, not HTTP or IMAP.
You're limited to the filtering options found on the Hotmail web-page under
Options>Mail.
