Odd color logging into banking site

Using IE6, User is reporting issue where logging into their banking site
Username and Password feilds are displayed in red / orange. The user is only
seeing this behavior on one system.

Has anyone seen this before?

The only similar behavior I've seen is in IE7 anti-phishing when a
certificate problem is reported.
