ODBC Data Source Administrator

I added a data source (Microsoft Text) successfully in System DSN. I then
removed it because it was just a test. Now when I try to add another System
DSN (Microsoft Text), I get an error message stating "Failed to save table
attributes of (null) into (null)". There is no help button for this error
message and I am at a loss!

Please help - Any help or explanation would be most appreciated!!!

Try deleting the Reg_Sz string named for the DSN from;
HKLM\SOFTWARE\ODBC\ODBC.INI\ODBC Data Sources

and also the subkey for the DSN found at;
HKLM\SOFTWARE\ODBC\ODBC.INI\

Then after restart see if it works for you.
