Object no longer valid or no longer set error

I am running a db that runs fine on 2 computers but bets
a "Object no longer valid or no longer set error" error
that keeps popping up even when I do not touch the
keyboard. Any ideas
Platform is Windows XP
App is Access 2002

It sounds like you need an updated verion of Jet. The following article
