Object doesn't support this property or method

I re-installed Word 2003 after it "disappeared".
Installation ran fine. However, after rebooting
and launching Word 2003, I got a "Microsoft
Visual Basic" box with the following message.

"Object doesn't support this property or method."
Clicking on Help box, Help indicated one more clue.
"(Error 438)"

This occurs during every launch of Word. I click
"cancel" and can then open/save/close docs
w/o seeing it until next launch.

Don't know where to turn for help with this
Visual Basic problem. I checked online help
and found lots of 438 errors but which one
is the one affecting me, and how can it be
conquered.

Help.

For what it is worth, I resolved the issue:

1. Uninstalled DataViz Documents-To-Go Premium
(the last app installed onto my system.)
2. Rebooted
3. Reinstalled DataViz Documents-To-Go Premium
4. Rebooted
5. DataViz Documents-To-Go added two pull-down
items under Word 2003's top menu bar's
Documents-To-Go menu item.

I'm not happy about the slow performance of Word lately. It
takes 10-15 seconds for the initial Word window to fill screen.
I have a 1.6 MHZ Pentium 4 with 1 GB of RAM, and two
7200 RPM hard drives. Have a fast graphics card w/ 256 MB
of RAM. At least I'm free of the object bug.
