nview.dll error

Whenever I start up my computer I get the error:

Error loading nview.dll A dynamic link library (DLL)
initialization routine failed.

I can click ok and my system continues to boot up with no
problems. Why does this keep happening and how can I fix
it.

Nview is an Nvidia graphics control utility. You can just disable it by
going to Start>Run and typing "msconfig" without the quotes. Find the
culprit and uncheck the box next to its name. Apply and OK out of
there.
