Nvidia sata and IDE raid at the same time ?

Hi all
can anybody help

I have a Asus A8N sli Pre
and i have 2 x 200gb Hd's on the Silicon raid
and 2 x WS 2000 200gb Hd's the Nvidia controller
and now I want to setup 2 x Maxtor 250gb ide Hd's under the Nvidia raid
controller
I can make the array ok even see it fine when i press F10 during boot but
when I get into XP it shows as 2 single HD's

what to do ??

Question, did you install Windows Xp on the array after forming it, or
before forming it?

hi

no windows is installed on a differnt raid array
and the new raid im trying to setup is just a addon
