I Just had a problem... which i have had once before

Windows XP

1 computer worked fine.
2 Turned it off, application crashed. ended program.
3 Wouldnt boot up.
4 I reset motherboard as before. loaded previous good
configuration.
5 Updated graphics card driver as settings all minimum
only.
6 All works except i get and error message.
Unable to load 'nvcpl.dll' which i know is the driver
for my nvida graphics card.

cant remember what to do now to get rid of it

Hi

First, go to nvidia.com to download the latest detonator driver WHQL and save it ot a special folder
Change the display mode to VGA mode
Go to add or remove progroam to remove the existing nvidia drivers and then reboot
Temporary disable any antiVirus software.
Open the specific folder and double click the nvidia driver icon
Do not interrupt until you are promted to reboot the machine
After reboot, go to device manager to ensure the nivida dribers are properly installed
Adjust the display resolution to your desire
