numbers locked and keyboard not working normal

i did something earlier when i was holding down i believe the shift key that
made my keyboard settings change. my number keys will not work and etc...how
can i go back to where i dont have no sticky keys or toggle keys and etc?

When using the numbers from the numeric-pad-side, be sure that NUM_LOCK is on. Press that key. LED light should be on.
