Number of Rings for RAS Auto-Answer

I would like to set the default number of rings to 5
instead of 2 for RAS Auto Answer. I found this KB Article

and the registry addition didn't work but the article
refers to

"The documentation in the Remote Access Administrators
Help file describes how you can modify the RAS Modem.inf "
I can't find this information. Does any know how to
modify the Modem.inf file to correct this behavoir? I
have the file open but I have no idea what to change or
add.
