NTUSER.dat

New Computer and jsut set up Outlook Express.
When I open OE there is a message box saying "Delete Error" some other user
is referencing the NTuser.dat. How do I clear this error message?

NTUser.dat is your personal settings branch of the registry.It seems to
be an infected or a damaged Outlook Express.
Run a virus check with latest virus definitioned antivirus software.
Open program files>Outlook Express>Delete msimn.exe and the
six dll files.They will be automatically replaced by fresh ones.

I tried your solution but Outlook Express did not replace the files and would
not open. I replaced the files and when I opened OE again the same error
window comes up with the title saying "Error Deleting File or Folder"
The detail message is:
"Cannot delete ntuser.dat. It is being used by another person or program.
Close any program that night be using the file and try again" .

Do you have any other ideas?
