I captured my video using the setting High quality video (large).
I have a NTSC camcorder. If I had chosen High quality video (NTSC) instead,
would I have a better video quality ?

The problem is that I already made my 1 hour movie.
Is the difference of quality important ?

So do a test with 2-3 minutes both ways and judge for
yourself. Only YOU know whether it is "important".

Is your Video Camera analog or digital? If it is analog, then it won't make
much difference.
If it is digital, it will make a big difference.
