NTFS Data Recovery

I partioned the drive with XP(C: = 20 GB, D: = 140 GB, E: = 26 GB) and later
installed on a system with Windows 2000 as a slave. I formatted the three
partions with with Windows 2000 and placed data on all partions. The next day
when I booted the system, the E: drive was gone, the data on the D: drive was
there but was not accepted by the relevant applications (e.g., CorelDRAW 12
and PhotoShop 7 cannot open their files.) but the C: drive was ok. The data
on the D: drive is most important for me and I want to recover it again as
soon as possible. Please guide me what should I do now?

HDDRecovery have just released the first in a new series of how to
guides for just an event such as the one you have experienced. Have a
look at http://www.hddrecovery.com.au/Data_Recovery_How_to_guide_for_FAT_and_NTFS.htm
