NTDS.DIT database is inconsistent

Hoping to get a help for this problem:

- Starting in the windows recovery-directory service consol ( W2K) and
analizing the ntis.dit by ntdsutil - sem - d - go f, I obtained the
"inconsistency of the database"
- I have no sytem back up
- I have another pdc in the newtwork ( W2K)
- How can I restore the first pdc?
- It' possible to use the secind pdc ntdis.it file for the first one?
