NTDLR is missing on start up Pro 2000

I have a error message "NTLDR Is Missing" Error Message
When I Start my Computer..I got this messge after I
downloaded a large file from another computer at my home.
I have 4 disk boot set I made. I tried to repair by
booting up and select "R" repair and use the ERD disk..
The results from the ERD was it said it did not find any
problems with the start up files. I need help to get the
NTDLR file back into the start up files
