NTBackup

Im trying to schedule a backup using ntbackup and im
having the following problem. The backup just quits after
mounting media. Running the same backup job manually
(instead of schedule) pops up and says this tape has a
label of "xxx" do you wish to overswrite. How can i tell
the backup program to always overwrite the tape no
matterwhat is in there.

Try this:

Start -> Run -> "ntbackup /?" (without the quotes), you will get a
help file with info about command line parameters.

After determining what parameters you need, go to the Scheduled Tasks
folder in control panel and adjust the command in the schedule(s)
there.


It's possible that there's a more GUI way of doing it, but if you
can't find what you need in the command line parameters, it probably
can't be done at all (or else your problem isn't caused by what you
think).
