NTbackup

I get the following message using NT Backup.

There is no unused media available with the selected
type.

Microsoft says there is no solution . I am using a HP
surestore Dat24 Scsii in windows 2000 advanced server.
The server will not recognize the media.

Knowledge base is totally useless . Ican use Arcserve and
it recognises the media BUT client wants to use Windows
Backup. HOW CAN I GET NT BACKUP TO RECOGNIZE HP SURESTORE
DAT 24..

I can't reduce the memsize as knowledgebase suggests as I
only have 128mb ram on server

Totally lost...

Format the tape using NTBackup.
